WE ARE 1 ALREADY. WHERE HAS THAT TIME GONE.
We just want to say Thank you for your support over this last year.
The news of the salon as you all know is Nikki is due to give birth at the beginning of March and will be back at the end of April, but don't let this deter you. We have worked very hard in building each staff member and preparing full this amazing event. The salon is still in full swing and the rest of the girls are more then confident to look after all her clients. We are very organised for this next chapter and every client has a full record of history. Eleanor is in the salon on Thursdays and Saturdays as well.
Our first year was a huge success in our Journey of 'Muse'. We love sharing it with each and every one of you. We look forward to many more years of our growing Team and Salon.
We also unfortunately will begin enforcing our no show and last minute cancellation policy of $50. Due to the nature of our small business, we are unable to produce any income when appointments are missed or if a client reschedules less then 8 hours before their scheduled time. As you could imagine this is detrimental to small business as we rely solely on clientele. In the last year alone, the cost of clients not turning up could have covered the wages of one of our dedicated team members. This is something we have thought long and hard about but unfortunately we have no choice and we hope you fully understand our position in this. We will continue to text 24 hours prior to all appointments.
We are currently on the hunt for a new addition to the team, we are in no hurry and want to find the right person to fit into our amazing team.
As of the end of April we will start opening Mondays, this means the salon will be open 6 days and we are really excited about this.
